APAC is intended to help Native Americans make good money through Hydroponic Farming, which is better known as Greenhouse Farming. The small community of winisk, is situated on the southern shores of hudson bay, in northern ontario. The chippewa and cree settlement has very cold winters, and a very short mild summer. The climate of the winisk region is effected by hudson bay, and receives a major cooling effect during the summer months, and a considerable climate effect during the colder winter months.
