Connection Drive, Leech Lake Reservation

This small Leech Lake community is located two miles south of Pennington. In fact, it may be considered as a part of Pennington but Pennington is an unincorporated community. Connection Drive is located almost one mile east of Cass Lake (the lake) and seven miles northeast of Cass Lake (the city). The housing units which number as many as 30, are located along County Road 24, County Road 39, Forest Route 2019, Reservation Highway 7, and Connection Drive Southeast. A couple of the roads are unpaved. The settlement has no name so i thought i name it after Connection Drive. About a third of the housing units are mobile homes. The population of Connection Drive may be between 70 and 100. Elevation is 1,318 feet above sea level. Connection Drive is located in the woods. Below are several google earth photos of Connection Drive, Leech Lake Reservation.
