Dauphin River


Located in south central Manitoba, between Lakes Manitoba and Winnipeg, the Chippewa Treaty 9 Reservation settlement of Dauphin River has a population of 225 according to the 2011 census. The community has 30 housing units and an average household size of 7.5 persons per housing unit. Around 35 continue to speak Anishinabe at Dauphin River.
