Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana needs funding to establish offices at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation and at Great Falls, Montana where Hill 57 Reservation is located. Our goal is to gain Tribal Recognition at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation and Fort Belknap Reservation and Federal Recognition for Rocky Boys Tribe of Chippewa Indians at Great Falls with Reservation. East Glacier Park Village, Montana


Located on the east of Glacier National Park, which is the Anishinabe Blackfeet Reservation established in 1902 or 1909, the Anishinabe CDP (census designated place) of East Glacier Park Village, has a population of 396. Around 55% of the CDP's population is Native American, while around 45% is non Indian. The total area East Glacier Park Village covers is 4.4 sq. mi. There are 219 housing units in East Glacier Park Village. It gives East Glacier Park Village just under a 2.0 persons per housing unit average household size. Many of the CDP's citizens are doing well financially. Around 14% live under the poverty line. East Glacier Park Village is a resort location. Elevation is 4,823. FIPS code is 30-22985. The settlement is located adjacent to the Rocky Mountains but exposed to the plains. From north to south, East Glacier Park Village extends for almost one mile. Within that area are most of the housing units and public buildings. The rest of the CDP's housing units are scattered across the 4.4 sq. mi. the community covers.
