Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana needs funding to establish offices at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation and at Great Falls, Montana where Hill 57 Reservation is located. Our goal is to gain Tribal Recognition at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation and Fort Belknap Reservation and Federal Recognition for Rocky Boys Tribe of Chippewa Indians at Great Falls with Reservation. Ebro, White Earth Reservation


This tiny settlement is located in the extreme northern part of the White Earth Reservation, about six miles southwest of Bagley, Minnesota. It is situated on the Reservations northern border. It is a cdp (Census Designated Place). The housing units, which number 30 (13 are mobile homes), are located along Ebro Drive, County Highway 7, and 340th Street. The population of Ebro is 64 according to the 2010 census. However, it is obviously a bit higher. It could be closer to 90 to 100. Native Americans (51.56%) including Mexicans (6.25%), and mixed bloods (12.5%), account for near 70% of the population of Ebro. The cdp covers 0.9 sq. mi. Elevation is 1,450 feet above sea level. The immediate surrounding area still has scattered areas of forests. Below are several google earth photos of Ebro, White Earth Reservation.
