Golden Eagle, Kansas

It's one of only a few Ojibway communities withing the Kickapoo Ojibway Reservation of Kansas. Below are goolge earth photos of this small Kickapoo Ojibway community located in northeast Kansas. This community is unincorporated which means it has no name. Trying to find out it's demographics is not possible. Using google earth i counted around 80 housing units. However, those units that look like duplexes may not be duplexes so the number of housing units could be lower. If the average household size is around 3.0 persons per household, than this community has a population of around 240. I named this community after a street there. Ojibway People have lived in Kansas for an extremely long time. Long before 1800.
