Indio Hills


It is one of the many communities of the Black Hills Indian Reservation. Indio Hills is located a couple of miles north of Indio and about 6 to 7 miles east of Thousand Palms. According to the 2010 census, the population of Indo Hills is 972. Indio Hills is a cdp or Census Designated Place. Mexicans account for 67.6% of the population. There are 358 housing units. The average household size is 2.7 persons per housing unit. Elevation is 1,017 feet above sea level. Indio Hills covers 21.5 sq. mi. Below are several google earth photos of Indio Hills.
