Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana needs funding to establish offices at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation and at Great Falls, Montana where Hill 57 Reservation is located. Our goal is to gain Tribal Recognition at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation and Fort Belknap Reservation and Federal Recognition for Rocky Boys Tribe of Chippewa Indians at Great Falls with Reservation. Little Moss Lake, Minnesota


This Leech Lake Reservation rural settlement is located six miles south of Cass Lake. Little Moss Lake or Gami Ah-ga-sta Ah-ta-gib (Lake Little Moss) has a number of housing units which may number up to 20. It is difficult using google earth to find them however. So the number of housing units may be lower or higher. Nearly half are mobile homes. The housing units are located along County Road 144. It is located in Wilkinson Township which had a population of 270 in the 2000 census. Indians made up 30% of the population. It's now significantly higher. According to the 2010 census, the population of Wilkinson Township is 401. Little Moss Lake, Minnesota may have a population between 30 and 50. The lake (Little Moss Lake), is situated just to the east. It is not on the vacationers map. It is more like a populated place or cdp (Census Designated Place).
