Martin Falls


This Chippewa Treaty 9 Reservation settlement is located in northern Ontario. It is very isolated. In fact, it's just as isolated as McDowell Lake. It is also known as Ogoki. According to the 2006 census, the population of Marten Falls or Ogoki, was 221. The small isolated community has 66 housing units. The average houseld size is 3.4 persons per housing unit. Anishinabe is still spoken by around 65 people at Ogoki. It is located in the center of northern Ontario.
