North Cass Lake, Minnesota


It is located about a third of a mile directly north of Cass Lake and west of three Leech Lake Reservation resorts. North Cass Lake covers about 0.5 sq. mi. It has about 60 housing units which are located along Big Thunder Lane, Broken Arrow Lane, Evening Star Trail, County Highway 60, Reservation Highway 110, and one street south of County Highway 60. It is within Pike Bay Township. According to a 2010 census, population of Pike Bay Township is 1,610. Indians make up 69% of Pike Bay Townships population but when including Mexicans and mixed bloods, it's 73%. Population of North Cass Lake is probably between 120 and 180.
