This CDP or census designated place, has a population of 562 according to the 2010 census. Native Americans account for 97% of the cdp's population. Whites account for 2% of the population. There is a total of 160 housing units in Parmelee which gives the cdp an average household size of 4.3 persons per housing unit. Parmelee is doing horrible economically.
