Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana needs funding to establish offices at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation and at Great Falls, Montana where Hill 57 Reservation is located. Our goal is to gain Tribal Recognition at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation and Fort Belknap Reservation and Federal Recognition for Rocky Boys Tribe of Chippewa Indians at Great Falls with Reservation. Pine Ridge, Nebraska


Another Pine Ridge settlement, is the CDP or census designated place of Pine Ridge, Nebraska which is about 2 miles south of Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Native Americans account for 64% of the cdp's population, while whites account for 35% of the population. According to the 2000 census the population of Pine Ridge, Nebraska was only 14. Using google earth i can count up to probably 15 housing units in the cdp and numerous business establishments. The population of this settlement is probably closer to 50 or 60. No one is living below the poverty line in Pine Ridge, Nebraska. You can find out why by looking at the photographs i have provided. Click the links below to see them. There are numerous businesses in the cdp. In fact, too many for the cdp to have a population of only 14.
