Elevation is 1,198 feet above sea level or 365 meters. Zip code is 56666. In Ojibway Language, Ponemah means "Afterwards." Ojibway's living at Ponemah are more traditionalists than Ojibway's living south of Lower Red Lake. They were and are known as Pagans.
