Red Scaffold, Cheyenne River-Standing Rock Reservation

It is located in the southwestern part of the Cheyenne River District. Red Scaffold is about 28 miles directly south of Iron Lightning but i don't know if the small settlement is affiliated with that Reservation. Using google earth i counted near 40 housing units in the small settlement of Red Scaffold, South Dakota. The population may be between 160 and 320. The settlement is probably a poor one since there appears to be few if any at all, businesses in the small settlement. Elevation is 2,005 feet above sea level. Below are several links to photographs of the Anishinabe-Dakota settlement of Red Scaffold, Cheyenne River-Standing Rock Reservation.
