Solen, Standing Rock-Cheyenne River Reservation

Located very near the Cannonball River, the Anishinabe-Dakota settlement of Solen, probably has a population of between 240 and 480, with 480 being near the correct estimate. Solen has about 60 housing units including about 10 surrounding the small community. Most (around 50) are located in the small area Solen covers. I don't know the demographics and living conditions of this settlement but using google earth i can tell very few businesses are located in Solen. Most of the citizens are Native American. Elevation is 1,680 feet above sea level. Below are several links to photographs of the Anishinabe-Dakota settlement of Solen, Standing Rock-Cheyenne River Reservation.
