It is located 7 miles southwest of Badger Creek and 5 miles north of Heart Butte. It is not a cdp or town. Tatsey is very rural and located in the small Badger Creek Valley. Of course, Badger Creek winds it's way through that valley. I named it after the road which winds through that area of the Blackfeet Reservation. There may be up to 15 housing units located along Tatsey Road. There are a few other housing units located along other roads near Tatsey Road. Possibly up to 5. Tatsey is 1.5 miles long and covers about 3.0 sq. mi. The population is probably between 30 and 40. Elevation is 4,166 feet above sea level. Four Horns Lake is 5 miles to the east. Tatsey is a good location to commence a town. Below are several google earth photos of this area of the Blackfeet Reservation.
