Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana needs funding to establish offices at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation, Fort Belknap Reservation and at Great Falls, Montana where Hill 57 Reservation is located. Our goal is to gain Tribal Recognition at Blackfeet Reservation, Crow-Northern Cheyenne Reservation, Flathead Reservation and Fort Belknap Reservation and Federal Recognition for Rocky Boys Tribe of Chippewa Indians at Great Falls with Reservation. Thessalon 12, Thessalon First Nation


Located in Ontario, the Ojibway settlement of Thessalon 12 has a population of 108 according to the latest population estimate (2016). There are around 60 total housing units in the settlement, with about 50 occupied at the present time. That gives Thessalon 12 a 2.1 persons per housing unit average which is below normal for Ojibway settlements. The Anishinabe language has about died out there. About 10 know some degree of Anishinabe. There are 15 non Indians living there. Below are several links to pictures of the Ojibway settlement of Thessalon 12, Ontario. It's located within the lush forest north of Lake Huron. These Ojibway People are woodland Ojibwa's. Housing units are located along the south side of Maple Ridge Road and along Bush Road. There is no organized settlements at Thessalon 12.
