Town Lake

It is a small Leech Lake Reservation community which was constructed sometime between 2011 and 2013. It don't show up in google earth historical imagery until 2013. There are 13 housing units located in the southern area of this settlement, with another 6 to the north. This settlement does not yet have a name so i thought i would name it after Town Line Lake which is a half a mile to the northeast. Town Lake is located within Kego Township which had a population of 465 according to the 2000 census. Indians made up 13% of the population. In the 2010 census, the population of Kego Township was 505. The housing units are located along a dirt road known as 12th Ave NE. The population is probably between 60 and 80. Below are a few google earth photos of the region around Town Lake, Leech Lake Reservation.
