Two Strike, Rosebud Reservation


One of several settlements located on the Rosebud Reservation of South Dakota, Two Strike had a population of only 33 according to the 2000 census. The CDP or census designated place of Two Strike, has 11 housing units which gives the cdp an average household size of nearly 3.0 persons per housing unit. Native Americans accounted for 97% of the cdp's population. Whites accounted for 3% of the population. Economically, the cdp of Two Strike is doing good. Around 10% of the citizens of Two Strike live below the poverty line. The cdp covers an area of 3.8 sq. mi., which means it is spread out. Elevation is 2,789 feet above sea level. It has no zip code.
