West Ravalli, Montana
It is located between Dixon and Ravalli and 4.3 miles southwest of Old Agency. The tiny settlement is a trailer park with a few surrounding houses. West Ravalli has no name that i know of. I named it after nearby Ravalli which is 2.5 miles to the east and is a predominantly white settlement. I do not know anything about the demographics of West Ravalli. Nearly all of West Ravalli's housing units are mobile homes or trailers, excepting a few nearby houses. Using google earth i counted about 17 housing units in the tiny settlement. About 4 or 5 are houses which lay on the settlements perimeter, while nearly all of the remaining housing units are mobile homes or trailers. West Ravalli may have a population of between 40 and 50. It covers probably 1.0 sq. mi. to 1.5 sq. mi. The elevation is 2,662 feet above sea level. Thought i'd include this settlement even though i don't know about the settlements demographics. Below are several google earth photos of West Ravalli, Montana.
