The Shoshone Ojibway community of Whiterocks, has a population of 289 according to 2010's census. Native Americans account for nearly all of Whiterocks population. This community's population has declined steadily since 1910 when it's population was 1,349. Either it's limits were larger in 1910 or possibly it was considered a district of UOR during those times. Whiterocks is a cdp covering an area of 2.4 sq. mi. or 6.2 sq. km. There are a total of 96 housing units, which gives Whiterocks an average household size of around 3.5 persons per housing unit. Zip code is 84085. Elevation is 6,033 feet above sea level. A few miles north of Whiterocks is Ashley National Forest. Whiterocks Fish Hatchery is located in this Shoshone Ojibway community's extreme northwest.
