Shoal Lake No 39 First Nation


This band of Ojibway's live in far western northwestern Ontario, near Minnesota, within Lake of the Woods Ojibway Reserve. Population of Shoal Lake No 39 First Nation is 391 according to 2016's census. That does not include those living with whites. They have 158 dwellings with 147 lived in. Average household size is 2.6 persons per household. Around 100 people speak Ojibway at Shoal Lake No 39 First Nation.
