June 18, 1763 Battle of Fort Le Boeuf


On Saturday June 18, 1763 Fort Le Boeuf was taken by Ojibway Soldiers. However, nearly all English Soldiers who were stationed at Fort Le Boeuf escaped. Ojibway Soldiers did kill 2 English Soldiers. Fort Le Boeuf's garrison knew if they stayed they would be killed by enraged Ojibway Soldiers who were very aware of what English leaders were doing to innocent and defenceless Indians. Cowardly Plague Warfare Assaults. Those English Soldies who escaped reached Fort Venango and had no choice but to trek to Fort Pitt. By this time, Ojibway Soldiers are enraged with their idiotic Indian allies and their English enemy who refused to follow laws.
