The Battle of San Angel October 11, 1916


A group of soldiers from the Anishinabe Confederation of southern Mexico, launched an assault on the settlement of San Angel, which was located just southwest of Mexico City. They were capable of launching the military campaign so close to Mexico City, because they had just regained control of the State of Morelos.
