La Ronge Reserve Man Drowns

On Saturday August 1, 2020 a 42 year old man from the Ojibway La Ronge Reserve drowned at Bell's Point Beach. When police reached the incident scene, people there were trying to save the man's life. He was quickly transported to the nearest hospital where he died. A forensic autopsy was ordered yet police do not consider the man's death to have involved foul play. La Ronge Reserve is located in central Saskatchewan.
