Rocky Boy Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana

Viopuli, Arizona

It's a small village of Tohono O'odham Nation. It's located in Papago Reservations east on San Pedro Road. Pan Tak is 6.7 miles southwest of Viopuli. Below are google earth photos of Viopuli. W Tucson-Ajo Highway is 3 miles south. Using google earth i counted around 35 or so housing units. If 25 or so are lived in, Viopuli should have a population between 75 and 100. Viopuli does not have an appearance of a town. Housing units are scattered over a rather large area. Their location is a beautiful one. Desert is lush with many shrubs and trees. Summers are not as hot as further west yet very hot for those who don't live in desert climate conditions.
