Mexican's account for 1.9% of it's population. Mixed bloods account for 3.4% of it's population. This city has numerous business establishments which offers jobs to residents of this small city. Dunseith has an elevation of 1,706 feet above sea level. Zip code is 58329. Around 36% of it's population lives below poverty line. It has a land area of 1.0 sq. mi. or 2.59 sq. km. Dunseith has 299 housing units with 274 lived in. Average household size is 2.7 persons per household. Slightly east of Dunseith, is one of Turtle Mountain Reservation's housing clusters. It's known as Dunseith Homesite. It is not a part of Dunseith's population.
