Located in northern Alberta, near Fort Vermillion, is the Anishinabe Tallcree First Nation. There are 7 Reserves which make up this First Nation. They cover an area of 9,387 total hectares or 23,195 total acres. Total population is 1,044, with most (547) living away from the Reserves, while 493 live on-Reserve, and 4 live on crown land.
