Agua Caliente Indian Reservation
It is a checkerboarded Indian Reservation located in Little Shell Valley or Coachella Valley. Most claim Agua Caliente Reservation was established in 1876. On January 12, 1891, Mission Indians Relief Act eventually established many Reservations for southern California's Mission Indians. This date coincides with 1891's infamous 10¢ an acre treaty. When you research history of California's Mission Indians, you will learn that their Reservations have been violated. Agua Caliente Reservation is actually a part of two large Reservations created on January 5 and January 7 of 1852. That's where historians are covering-up this fact. A total of 31,610 acres is how large Agua Caliente Indian Reservation is yet it's a figment. Their Reservation created on January 5 and January 7 of 1852 is their real Reservation. Around 6,700 acres of this bogus Reservations 31,610 acres, is within Palm Springs, California. It also means most of this Reservations population of 24,871, is located in Palm Springs. There are no Indian settlements within this bogus Reservation.
