Pinaymootang First Nation


This Ojibway Kasba Reservation community known as Pinaymootang First Nation, is located in central Manitoba, between lakes Manitoba and Winnipeg. Below are google earth photos of this Ojibway community. It is located on a fringe of white settlements. According to 2016's census, population of Pinaymootang First Nation is 1,169. They have 344 dwellings with 306 lived in. Average household size is 3.8 persons per household. Around 295 speak Ojibway Language. Their community is in a precariously location. To their north, a Great Lake may be merging between Lake Manitoba and Lake Winnipeg. It's something their leaders must monitor.
